HOW TO BOOK ONTO THE DEEP DISH PORTUGAL CAMP

Hey all! As of this year we are no longer using a form on our website to sign you guys up for all of our Deep Dish Vacations, and are upgrading to a new and more epic booking system for you all!


Deep Dish Portugal Camp entries are open!!


So, we wanted to give you all a step by step to make sure you all book on correctly! Check out the video or the step by step process below on how to book your Camp spot.

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:


1. You can book in groups of up to 4 people. You will need to do this if you are planning on sharing our Deep Dish accommodation options with anyone.


2. Any group will need a lead booker! You can split the cost between your group later, but the lead booker will be in charge of the initial booking and payment of the deposit.


3. Our deposit is now 20% of the value of your booking.


4. BEFORE YOU BOOK, the lead booker will need the following information from all people they would like to book for/room with:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Preferred camp top style ( Vest/Sports Bra) and size (XS-XXL)

BOOKING PROCESS

Here's the booking process in detail!

1. Choose your week of camp


2. Choose your package. You can choose between:

  • No Accommodation any amount of people

  • Solo Traveller (1 person in shared accommodation)

  • 1, 2, 3 and 4 Person in private accommodation


3. Choose your training package. Options are

  • Gold Package - Everything that the Portugal camp has to offer

  • Silver Package - Tournaments only

  • Spectator package - For anyone wanting to come along that will not play volleyball at any point in the camp but wants to join the other camp activities (ie. someone with an injury, a family member or partner of a participant)

You need to ensure that you choose the same number of packages as there are people in the package. They don't need to be the same package!

4. Choose accommodation

We have Apartment and Hotel options available. Hotel Da Rocha is a 4* hotel less than a 10 minute walk from the courts. Flor Da Rocha is the apartment provider, just over a 20 minute walk from the courts.

You may have the option to check in the day before/after your camp. The cost is dependent on room type and number of guests


5. Pay!

  1. Enter a discount code if you have one

  2. Enter Guest Info for the Portugal ticket (first name, last name, email, camp top style ( Vest/Sports Bra) and size (XS-XXL)

  3. Enter Guest Accommodation Details (first name, last name, email)

  4. When paying you are able to select 2 options

  5. Pay for everyone - if you want to pay for everyone in your package

  6. Pay with friends if you want to split the cost with the people in your package.

  7. The booker can then 'pay in part'. For this they will need to pay a deposit of 20% of the booking. Payment can be made by instant bank transfer, google pay or credit/debit

6. Check in and pay the remaining balance!

  1. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to login to your account and see your booking.

  2. Click on ‘Pay remaining balance’

  3. You can invite guests to pay using the 'Select guest and invite' button

  4. They will be invited via email to see booking details, enter their guest information and make payments.

  5. Update your own guest information

  6. Make your own payment
